    While I absolutely love styles

    While I absolutely love styles and the quality is fine, didn't work for us and I'm not going to buy again from the Frenchie store: my dog apparently is squarely between sizes and I couldn't even return the stuff, which was too big/too small for us: the return process is super complicated with a ton of caveats, which would make me ineligible for refunds, so I decided not to waste money on shipping the items. Maybe, that's why return process is NOT explicitly posted on the website and one has to inquire, how to return?!
