Shipping policy

U.S. Orders
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
Transit times vary between 3-5 business days (for US orders) depending on delivery address.
Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
Shipping prices for U.S. orders:

DHL Standard shipping  $7.95
USPS Priority Signed Service $7.95
DHL Standard shipping on orders over $100 FREE


International Orders

• All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
• Transit times vary between 10-18 business days depending on delivery address.
• Delivery time does not include Weekends, Holidays or Customs Stoppage.
• Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price. Frenchie Bulldog is not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country. The shipping carrier will request collection once the package enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees.
• Please contact your customs ASAP if you have not received your package within the specified transit time. When you contact your customs, let them know that you are expecting a package from us and make sure to have your tracking number available to give to them (your tracking info is emailed to you when your package ships). Customs may hold packages and will only release them when they are contacted by the person the package is addressed to.
• We no longer ship to Colombia due to lost packages and extremely lengthy delivery times.
• Due to high customs fees, shipping to South & Central America will no longer be eligible for free shipping when you spend over $100.
