Great for all sizes: 3/4" wide fits a circumference of 12.5" - 19.5". Neoprene padding ensures extra tenderness, plus quick-drying action. Long-lasting polyester webbing with a durable D-Ring for leashes. A new, high-density buckle with 4-point lock system adds an extra layer of security. This is our first Frenchie collar and we love it. Love the extra padding against the neck, the easy to adjust sizing and the gold hook for the leash! Gives me good control of my 10 month old Frenchie with a rad Halloween design! Thanks !
