Ordered the wrong size even with following their chart. Reached out via email about an exchange and got a response but then asked follow up questions and never got answered. Then I reached out through instagram and asked for my order number and email. Answered right away and heard nothing. Seems like they have poor customer service. I was excited to try the brand but now I’m stuck with harnesses that don’t fit and no assistance from them.
