RETURN / REFUND POLICY
If for some reason you are not totally happy with your Frenchie purchase:
- You can return the unworn, unaltered, and unwashed item within 25 days of the purchase date for a credit or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must also have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Final Sale Items and Gift Cards may not be returned
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please include in your return package the original receipt, with a small note explaining your need for a refund.
- BEFORE you send it back make sure that it is UNUSED, in brand new condition, FREE OF ANY HAIR, and with original packaging to get your full refund. Also, include your receipt with your order number and write a note explaining your need for a return.
- Please note that shipping costs will NOT be refunded
- If you are shipping a return order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days pending your financial institution.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

- Package your UNUSED return item(s) in the original packaging and include your original receipt. If you do not have a receipt please include a note with your: ORDER NUMBER and FIRST AND LAST NAME so we know who and what order to refund.

- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Due to high sell-out risk, the only way to guarantee that you will receive your desired item/size/color is to place a NEW order for the item in your desired size/color and send back the unused HAIR-FREE item that you would like to return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
